Graduate Developer Program
The senior management team fundamentally believe in the values of education and opportunity and are commited to supporting the talented and dedicated wannabe
software programmers through our Graduate Developer Program. A competitive intake process for applications from all Universities is aimed at finding the most passionate
programmers - those that want to develop applications for a global market and learn one-on-one in a highly experience and award winning team.
Since 2006 Synetek Systems has regularly employed Graduate Developers from some of Australia's leading technology - based University courses during their final year studies.
Our team currently includes graduates from RMIT, Swinburne Univeristy and Latrobe University.

Student Employment Program
As a leading innovator in the development of cloud-based business applications Synetek Systems is committed to expanding the industry including
offering opportunities for student developers to gain exposure to the real world of programming. Although students from numerous Secondary and Tertiary institutions
have been involved in the program the company has formally been involved in the RMIT Professional Skills Program (PSP) since 2006.

RMIT Professional Skills Program
The Professional Skills Program is an intensive, two semester course designed to provide students with the professional skills which employers
believe that graduates should possess on entering the workplace. It is an alternative Work Integrated Learning experience for students who are unable to
participate in a full-time co-operative education placement.

Melbourne Law School - University of Melbourne
An important component in the delivery of Professional Services for LeaseEagle® customers is the review, abstraction, audit and database population and
management of contractual obligations within Lease Agreements and Franchise Agreements. Since 2005 Synetek Systems has successfully employed many fourth and fifth
year law students from University of Melbourne through its Careers Online employment service.
