What support do we get with our Subscription?
At LeaseEagle® we understand the need to have the system perform for you. As a Customer you will have FREE email access to the Synetek Helpdesk for the life of your subscription, in addition to FREE telephone support for the first 90 days.
What tools are Users provided with when using LeaseEagle®?
In addition to the availability of email and telephone support Users and Administrators have FREE access to the Synetek Helpdesk, which will enable the creation and tracking of Support Tickets, an in-built interactive online User Manual and a series of training and support videos for quick access and review.
How much do updates or upgrades to the system cost?
As a LeaseEagle® Customer the application is fully managed with updates and upgrades FREE for the entire period of your Subscription. Synetek takes an agile approach to releasing updates and upgrades to ensure that the system maintains its advanced functional and technical market positions.
What Training is provided for new Customers?
Initial training is included for Administrators and Users of LeaseEagle® at a fixed cost, depending upon the location of the training, the number of attendees and also the various modules subscribed by the Customer. Training is also available during your Subscription on an hourly basis and can be held onsite or online.
