Lee Trevena
Chief Executive Officer
Lee is a founder of the company and has been integral to the
functional development of the system as well as driving business
development activities throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and
North America.
Lee has been involved in the commercial and retail real estate
industries for over eighteen years in various capacities however it
was his involvement in assisting retail tenants to expand and manage
their real estate portfolios from 2001 through and until 2007 that
lead to the launching of LeaseEagle®.
Since taking on the role of CEO in January 2008 the company has
seen significant revenue growth in all aspects of the business whilst
making the transition from a predominantly research & development
focused technology company into an Internationally recognized and
award-winning provider of cloud applications.
Lee has been educated In International Business, Economics and
Marketing through Texas Wesleyan University (USA) and more recently
through the Edinburgh Business School.
Under the direction and guidance of Lee Trevena, LeaseEagle is
currently focused on further expansion into the Canadian and United
States retailer real estate markets.

Andrew Bruno
General Manager - Operations
Andrew joined the company in November 2005 and principally has lead
the architecture and development of the company’s technical solutions
through a very significant period of R & D. In 2011 Andrew was
appointed to his current role in order to support the International
growth of the company.
As a leading cloud applications company the operational
importance of technology is paramount to the success of the business
so whilst supporting business development, partnership and technical
integration programs Andrew also maintains oversight to solutions
development.
With over years international experience Andrew is an expert in the
development of Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
using leading edge technologies.
Under Andrew’s operational and technical leadership the company
is set to deliver on its mission of being the leading provider of
web-based information systems for the retail and franchise markets.

Julie Ricci
Customer Improvement Manager
Julie is focused entirely on helping Customers and their Users to
achieve the greatest value from the LeaseEagle system, once
implemented. The latent value companies that hold in under-utilized
systems can under-value solution greatly.
Since joining the team Julie has helped Customers to achieve
significantly more from LeaseEagle by ensuring their Users are well
trained and aware of all functions within the system. Implemented
correctly LeaseEagle regularly delivers tens of thousands of dollars
in charge recoveries to the business as pure returned profit.
With over 25 years experience in Lease Administration,
Franchise Administration, Paralegal Services and Retailing across
Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK and North America Julie and her
team are also able to project manage the abstraction and entry of
your database.
The establishment and maintenance of an accurate database to
support your LeaseEagle information portal is vital in ensuring the
business achieves maximum value from its investment.

Bradley Dugdale
Product Innovation Manager
Brad is a significant asset to LeaseEagle® and currently leads the identification
and development of product and technical innovation,
ensuring we maintain are our award-winning market position.
Most recently Brad was the lead technologist and project manager
in delivering the much heralded LeaseEagle® 4.0..
Brad joined the company as a graduate in January 2007 and in less than five (5)
years has established a significant
reputation within the LeaseEagle® customer base established himself as one of Australia’s
leading cloud software engineers, with regular attendance and involvement at some of the industries
key global technology events.
His vision and commitment to the further utilization of new technologies and his ability to
seamlessly integrate these with the product’s more traditional
Enterprise Java Platform (JEE) has ensured a rapid but stable product
development roadmap.

Philippa Clarke
Administration & Data Services
Philippa has held numerous corporate roles through a career of more
than twenty years in Australia and the United kingdom.
Having joined the company in 2006 Philippa is responsible for
the smooth functioning of the office administration team and office
support services.
With nearly ten years experience in Retail and Lease
Administration Philippa is also an integral part of the contract Data
Services team in establishing and maintaining client database
information.

Ashling Gaffney
Client Training & Services Manager
Having only joined Synetek in 2011 Ashling is responsible for
supporting LeaseEagle customers through the migration of data from
legacy systems, document abstraction, data input through to the
delivery of user training and helpdesk support.
With multilingual capabilities and extensive experience in the
delivery of domestic and international Client Services for numerous
organisations Ashling’s role ensures LeaseEagle customers are fully
supported through the crucial deployment phase and ongoing with
training and support.

Lutfiah Abdat
Software Engineer
Lutfiah has become a critical part of the development of the
LeaseEagle product since joining the company as a student developer
in 2008. Realizing quickly the interest, talent and dedication
Lutfiah has for software engineering the company was very keen to
provide a full-time appointment in 2010.
In keeping with the company’s Vision of Creating Simple
Intelligence to Deliver Brilliant Solutions, Lutfiah is now a well
experienced member of the engineering team with a single dedication
to delivering the best outcomes for Customers through new product
enhancements and pro-active technical engagement and support.

Tom Sun
Software Engineer
Tom is the most recent addition to the engineering team, having
joined the company midway through 2010. In a short period of time Tom
has established his credentials as a highly skilled and dedicated
software engineer who can adapt his deep technical understanding to
multiple software applications and technology platforms.

Monica Li
Accounts Manager
Monica has been with LeaseEagle since 2009 and is responsible for
managing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day financial and
bookkeeping requirements. A fully qualified accountant Monica is an
integral part of the company’s customer focused approach and
corporate governance approach.

Rachana Rajan
Data Services Officer
Since joining the LeaseEagle team Rachana has proven herself to be a
highly skilled and efficient Lease Abstractor and Data Entry operator
for many of the company’s new Customers. Currently balancing the
demands of work whilst completing her Law degree Rachana is also well
regarded for her dedication and accuracy in the delivery of Data
Services projects.

Carrie Jenkins
Assistant Software Developer
As a result of Synetek’s partnership through the RMIT University
Professional Skills Program Carrie has been engaged at Synetek since
mid 2011 and is currently undertaking her final year of tertiary
studies.
Carrie provides technical and project assistance to the
engineering team including technical development, research,
prototyping, documentation and testing.

Michael Ricci
Student Developer
Michael has been with Synetek since 2010 in a part-time capacity as
a student developer, focusing on website management, UI design and
more recently lead the firm’s research and vendor collaboration
efforts in the development of a integrated mapping and geospacial
functionality.
Currently studying Software Engineering at Melbourne’s Monash
University Michael has quickly become an integral part of the product
engineering team at Synetek.
